Current Developments

We’re working to develop three communities in in the Town of Paradise. These include Elizabeth Park Subdivision which is nearing completion, Adam's Pond Subdivision and Picco Ridge Subdivision which are both proceeding on a phase by phase approach. Paradise is a rapidly growing community of approximately 25,000 people, located on the northeast portion of the Avalon Peninsula in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Elizabeth Park Subdivision, Paradise, Newfoundland & Labrador

ODC started in Elizabeth Park in 1997 and since that time have developed over 900 lots.  We are currently in the process of building on our few remaining lots in the Town of Paradise but have 160 future lots to be developed adjacent to this development in the City of St. John’s over the next couple of years.  Living in Elizabeth Park will mean easy access for residents to the Outer Ring Road (Trans-Canada Highway) and directly adjacent to St. John's and Mount Pearl.

Adam's Pond Subdivision, Paradise, Newfoundland & Labrador

ODC started in Adams Pond in 2005 and since that time have developed over 300 lots.  We have another 60 lots being developed in the Town of Paradise.  Adams pond provides beautiful views of Adams Pond while providing exits via St. Thomas Line or Paradise Road to other parts of the Avalon.  Living in Adams Pond will mean a short 10 minute drive for residents to access the Outer Ring Road (Trans-Canada Highway), St. John's and Mount Pearl.

Picco Ridge, Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador

ODC started in Picco Ridge in 2015 and since that time have developed 60 lots.  We have another 140 lots to be developed in the Town of Paradise.  Picco Ridge provides beautiful views of Conception Bay while providing exits via St. Thomas Line or Paradise Road to other parts of the Avalon. Living in Picco Ridge will mean a short 10 minute drive for residents to access the Outer Ring Road (Trans-Canada Highway), St. John's and Mount Pearl. We are currently marketing lots in Phase 1-B and will have Phase 2 under construction this spring.
